Vacuum Filter Belt

Vacuum Filter Belt is mainly used for FGD(Flue gas desulfurization) in power plant, chemical plant，steel plant  and mine tailings drying, metallurgical, chemical, coal chemical, food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and other solid-liquid separation industries.

Vacuum Filter Belt have the characteristics of stable running, not easy to wrinkled, high filtration rate and it can peel off easily from the filter cake. Mainly matching with vacuum rubber belt filter, vacuum horizontal belt filter, vacuum drum filter and vertical filter press.

Product Performance:

Use high strength raw material of polyester yarn and multifilament

Double layer interleaving, on the basis of good retention of fine particles, ensure air permeability and greatly improve production efficiency .

Wide range filtering accuracy（2μ-12 μ）, air Permeability of filter fabric（170L/m²-550L/m²）

After filtration, the moisture content of filter cake is low, and the material is easy to peel. 

Using high strength polyester raw material, greatly improve wear resistance of filter belt, Smooth surface, easy to clean.

The steel-clip joining adopts industrial special 316L stainless steel, which is resistant to strong acid and alkali corrosion.

High strength steel-clip joining and special cover make the product interface very firm and keep vacuum.
